Why use Corporate Housing versus a Hotel Stay?
Who benefits from our corporate housing arrangement?
Although we refer to our “corporate” housing arrangement, our property is available just about everyone: Professionals who
are re-locating for business purposes; patients and their family members (long-term emergency medical care); insurance
clients facing reconstruction of personal property (due to fire, flood damage, etc.); entertainment industry (location
scouting, temporary relocation for film shoots, etc.); leisure travelers (extended family vacation); and more.
What amenities are included?
We offer many amenities not offered by the usual overnight accommodations at hotels, such as:

• Full-size Washer and Dryer
• Full-size, fully equipped Kitchen
• High-speed Wireless Internet
• Home electronics/Basic cable

What type of properties do you offer?
All of our properties are located in upscale communities. We offer two locations in Oregon: UNdo:PDx (our 3,000 sq ft
house in Southwest Portland) and UNdo:Bend (our 2,600 sq ft retreat in Central Oregon). Please contact us for information
and availability.
Do you offer housekeeping service?
We offer cleanings for stays over one month. For example, if you stay for 1 month, we throw in a mini-cleaning (all
bathrooms and kitchen only) half-way through your stay. If you stay for more than a month, we provide a full-house
cleaning each month, plus a mini-cleaning once a month. There is an additional charge if cleaning extends past the
normal service of 4 hours for a full-house cleaning.
What is the minimum lease term?
We have many lease term options available starting with a 5-day minimum.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Cashier's check, and money order are the preferred method of payment. Please see our reservation and cancellation
policy here. Once you’re approved as a guest and are residing on site, personal check will also be accepted as a form of
payment. We offer a 5% cash discount! We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal for deposits and payment.
- For starters, most hotel rooms are less than 300 sq ft and never feel like home. Most corporate housing apartments
are filled with 'left-over' furniture and zero style. Each of our UNdo properties are large, fully-equipped 2-3,00 sq ft
luxury, modern-designed homes.
- We boast spa-like accommodations, privacy, comfort, and enough closet space to stop living out of your luggage.
- The average hotel stay can cost anywhere from $150 to $400 per night, NOT INCLUDING TAXES! UNdo has
special discounted rates the longer you stay.
- We offer multiple-bedroom housing that are more than suitable for leasing to relocating families, or team-building
offsites. This is an arrangement which also cut costs drastically for your company.
